As a Practice Director, your mission will be to build and lead a thriving Finance and IT Staffing team.
What you'll do:
- Be charged with leading your team of 3 to 5 sales professionals to meet productivity goals while delivering excellent client and candidate relationships.
- Work closely with leadership to develop sales strategy and execute that strategy by bringing in new business yourself, as well as by coaching your team to success.
- Take responsibility for the overall performance and continuous development of your team, while meeting individual sales productivity goals.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direct supervision to your team.
- Develop sales strategies by collaborating with senior management, analyzing performance reporting and identifying market trends.
- Present solutions to C-level management and other hiring managers and establish relationships with them to enhance business opportunities and expand network.
What You Need:
- Proven success in creating, selling and managing various Staffing Solutions.
- Exceptional business vision, communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results.
- Ability to coach and promote high performance and consistent accountability at all levels within the team.
