Vice President of Sales, Healthcare MSP New Business Development - Dallas, TX
Our client is an award-winning Staffing and Workforce Solutions firm seeking a high-performing Vice President of Sales! With an established and reputable name in the industry, this is an excellent opportunity to join a tenured team within a collaborative culture.
Acting as a “hunter” and a “farmer, you will sell new MSP partnerships and expand market share within their existing customers.
Additionally, what you'll do:
- Develop a sales pipeline, qualifying and forecasting new business opportunities within assisted living and long term care facilities.
- Leverage existing business relationships to expand our client’s footprint and add new revenue streams.
- Work with C-level executives and VP's small and mid-sized post-acute facilities.
- Educate your prospects on the value-add of your organization while working with multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
- Utilize corporate resources to write RFPs, working alongside SME's to close new business opportunities.

What you need:
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales in Staffing, Workforce Solutions, or Payroll/IC Compliance. MSP sales experience highly preferred.
- Strong aptitude for leveraging social media, blogs, and other forms of online content to facilitate new relationships.
- Ability to be a self-starter working with little oversight with the expertise to build your sales pipeline and execute sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
