SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - IT STAFFING/CONSULTING -DALLAS, TX
FULLY REMOTE
5+ YEARS SELLING IT STAFFING
Our client is a 30 yr old, privately held professional staffing firm, headquartered in NY with offices in 9 markets across the US. Hiring a Senior Account Executive with, with 5 YRS IT Staffing Sales Exp. to join their IT Staffing and Solutions division to expand and land new accounts in both midmarket and enterprise accounts.
Committed to the continuous success of their 300+ employees, from new-hire training and mentorship programs to technology and custom resources.
What you will do:
- Develop your own line of business within the industry by fostering new client relationships and maintaining customer accounts.
- Attend client visits to develop a comprehensive understanding of a company’s culture to ensure the most qualified candidates for their jobs.
- Operate as a market consultant for clients and provide updated findings and observations throughout the recruitment process.
- Respond promptly to resolve credentialing matters, staffing emergencies and client/candidate concerns as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ Years Selling IT Staffing
- Strategic thinker, ability to execute and produce results against tight deadlines
- Strong motivation for personal growth and success
- Bachelor's Degree Required
