Job Description
Are you a seasoned professional with a track record of driving business growth in the healthcare provider market? As a Regional VP of Sales, you will lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth in the healthcare IT services sector.
What you will do:
- Develop a deep understanding of the IT service needs of assigned territories' client base.
- Identify sales opportunities and drive new business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with clients within the territory.
- Collaborate with delivery leaders and client service managers to provide tailored solutions.
- Partner with the executive team on deal opportunities from inception to implementation.
- Enhance brand presence through thought leadership and strategic marketing initiatives.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field.
- 7-10 years of professional services business development experience in the healthcare provider market.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in negotiating complex contractual agreements and pricing models.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

After she was ready to make a change, Sue reached out to Robin to discuss her career search and after sharing what she was looking for, Robin suggested discussing an opportunity internally with MeeDerby. She has been with MeeDerby for nearly 7 years now and has risen to Associate Director where she manages a recruiting team and manages her own desk.
