With a decade of experience in the staffing industry, Alex has built a career rooted in connection, strategy, and results—specializing in healthcare staffing nationwide. Before joining MeeDerby, Alex held an executive leadership role, where she led a permanent placement division with a people-first approach and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving healthcare talent landscape.

As a previous mental health therapist, Alex often jokes that in her “former life,” she was preparing for staffing all along. The interpersonal and psychological skills she honed in that field have become her secret weapon—because at the end of the day, it’s all about the people.

Known for her passion for building meaningful relationships and making connections that truly make a difference, Alex is driven by the opportunity to positively impact lives and careers every day.

Based in the Kansas City metro, Alex is a proud wife and mom of two, a lifelong Husker fan, and always planning her next travel adventure.
