Weâre hiring for a Client Development Executive to drive strategic business development, expand key accounts, and build executive-level relationships across client organizations.<br>
<br>
What you will do:<br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Own and execute strategic growth plans across assigned accounts
&#9;<li>Build and maintain relationships with C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders
&#9;<li>Identify enterprise-wide opportunities and align solutions to business priorities
&#9;<li>Drive complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across organizations
&#9;<li>Lead executive-level conversations and position strategic partnerships
&#9;<li>Mentor and guide junior sales professionals on deal strategy and engagement
&#9;<li>Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure successful outcomes
&#9;<li>Support solution design, proposals, and deal structuring
</ul>

&#9;<li>Proven experience in IT staffing or professional services sales
&#9;<li>Strong background in strategic account management and enterprise sales
&#9;<li>Experience engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders (C-suite, VP, Director)

&#9;<li>Ability to mentor and develop junior sales talent
&#9;<li>Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
&#9;<li>Excellent communication across technical and business audiences
