Vice President, Workforce Solutions Global Sales - Virtual 

Fantastic opportunity to join an exceptional organzation! Our client, a leader in Workforce Management, is looking to add a Vice President of Global Sales to their team. This role will sit in a vitural office covering a large territory. 

What you' ll do:
  • Drive top line revenue and growth of MSP, SOW and Payrolling solutions through pipeline management and the successful execution of the sales cycle.
  • Take the lead on business case and solution development, engagement of appropriate team members, create and manage presentations and pricing and contract negotations. 
  • Meet or exceed annual sales and pipeline targets.
  • Have a high comfort level of gaining access to and working directly with varied leadership including the C-suite. 
  • Use your 10+ years experience in the design and sale of large and small/medium MSP, Payroll, and/or Services Procurement/SOW Programs to drive growth and profitability. 
  • Work in tandem with the development, execution and follow-through of a variety of marketing initiatives to support designated geography to maintain relationships with customers. 

What you need:
  • Bachelor' s Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience including a minimum of 5 years MSP or SaaS sales experience. 
  • Proven and documented track record of closing deals in complex sales cycles and competitive markets.
