Vice President of Sales, IT Staffing 

Responsibilities include:
  • Identify and manage short list of customer relationships (net new and existing) with associated production quota
  • Build strong customer " partnering"  methodology
  • Mentor and coach team   members as needed
  • Own sales recruiting to  identify, screen and hiring of sales team members Establish Key Performance Indicators for team
  • Work closely with VP Recruiting to prioritize Job Openings
  • Establish and  monitor sales methodology
  • Own top line  revenue forecasting and delivery
  • Identify market opportunities,  build a  business development plan and execute
  • Prepare sales, expense reports and   realistic forecasts for management

  • Prior experience growing single standing office   revenue from sub $15M to $30M +for an  IT pro services company
  • Proven ability to devise and execute on a sales growth plan
  • Proven sales management/coaching skills
  • Ability to devise strategies for new account acquisition and existing account expansion
  • Committed to continuous education for self and team
  • Extensive IT Staffing industry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Regional or Division-Level Sales Management
  • Highly driven/Self disciplined
  • Strong character with high personal motivation to succeed
  • Ability to travel out of State for client meetings and/ or sales person coaching as needed
