We are recruiting for a Sales Executive to lead strategy for MSP, enterprise staffing, and consulting.
Must have ability to:
- Meet annual sales quotas
- Think quickly
- Adapt to new environments and become productive quickly, work independently and excel in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills to quickly assess emergent needs to quickly resolve issues
- Communicate exceptionally both in written and oral format to build rapport with customers and work associates - comfortable communicating, negotiating and interacting with individuals at all levels within an organization. Comfortable with public speaking.
- Travel 20-50% of the time
Required experience and education:
- 5+ years of successful selling in human capital solutions
- Salesforce.com or prospect tracking software
- Developing and delivering sales proposals
- Managed Service Program (MSP) concept and sales tactics
- Enterprise/national staffing engagements
- BS, BA or Masters degree
This is a 6 figure compensation plan with a competitive base salary + commissions.
