Sales Executive, Workforce and Staffing Solutions - Virtual
Are you a workforce solutions sales professional with strong experience in MSP, Staffing, RPO, VMS, and/or Payrolling/IC compliance?
Our client, an innovative provider of workforce management solutions to the mid-market, is expanding its new business strategy and building a world-class sales team.
We' re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the future of talent acquisition, workforce optimization and talent management
- Excited to develop new enterprise level relationships from lead generation through complex negotiations and implementation
- Collaborative and innovative with internal colleagues and external prospects and stakeholders
- A trusted advisor and resource who can drive productivity while establishing and maintaining client relationships
To qualify, you must:
- Have a proven track record of new business development in Staffing, MSP, VMS, RPO or Payrolling.
- Be able to work from a home base office with flexibility to travel
- Have strong presentation and writing skills with strong workforce solutions subject matter expertise
