Our client is looking for a smart, experienced, and competitive Applications Solutions Sales Executive  to join their  growing team across North America. Celebrating nearly 50 years in business, our client provides world-class technology, talent and learning solutions to Fortune 1000 companies across the globe.

The Solutions Sales Executive will leverage their own IT knowledge, alongside our client' s  Applications Solution Practice Leads and other senior Delivery Resources to help close business across an  application solutions portfolio of offerings. Their proven model of success, exceptional training program, and custom delivery platform help ensure that their  Solutions Sales Executives stay focused on building strong relationships and driving cutting edge solutions. 

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand technical and functional requirements, while coordinating with  delivery team to craft value proposition that exceeds client expectations
  • Work with Practice Leaders and other Senior Delivery Resources to develop quotes and Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Meet and/or exceed sales goals in terms of appointments set, appointments closed, new campaigns launched, contracts signed, revenue and gross margin attained
  • Weekly client interaction to include conference calls, presentations, client entertainment, on-site client meetings, technical evaluations, and follow up
  • Act as technical advisor/resource for sales and prospects as they navigate their way through the sales cycle.
  • Articulate out-of-the-box thinking through innovative approaches to win business and track business outcomes for clients
  • Attend industry conferences, meetings and events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.com CRM tool

Minimum Requirements:
  • Application Solutions Architecture experience preferred
  • At least 5 years  hands-on experience as a Solution Architect / Sales Engineer handling enterprise software
  • 5+ years of prior Agile experience in a technical capacity as part of an Agile team, as either a Business Analyst or Project Manager (or equivalent experience customer facing role)
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience (Master’ s Degree preferred)
  • Proven experience selling Agile/DevOps training and project-based solutions with onsite, offshore and hybrid delivery models.
  • Agile certification a plus
