Account Executive – IT Staffing | Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Hiring for a senior account executive with 3+ years new business development in IT Staffing. Join a well-established IT staffing firm with 30+ years of success, a stellar industry reputation, and a small-but-mighty team making a big impact.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys the autonomy of business development, loves the hunt for new clients, and wants to contribute directly to a company’s growth story.
What You’ll Be Doing

Own new business development in the Toronto region — prospecting, pitching, and closing clients

Partner closely with a tenured Recruiter to deliver results and keep consultants engaged

Leverage our reputation and your network to build strong relationships with decision-makers
What You Bring

3+ years of IT staffing sales experience with a proven record of landing new business

Consultative sales approach with strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment
