Our client is a rapidly growing niche Mobility, Cloud, Analytics and Staffing Solutions Company with deep expertise across Leading Edge Technologies seeking a multi-talented and driven " sales hunter" to help lead and grow firmly established consulting services and emerging " Smart Staffing" services.

About you!
  • You are a successful IT Staffing Sales Leader with a proven record for meeting and exceeding Sales quotas and targets.
  • This opportunity is for that individual that has strong business development acumen, is a “ hunter” by nature and is ambitious and vision – minded.
  • You are able to bring or build an A – team that will further establish client as leading company in this area.
  • This is a position designed for someone who wants to lead, influence how the practice is built and drive massive growth with opportunities to expand their reach and responsibilities to other locations nationally. 
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with IT hiring managers as a resource for their staffing needs
  • Identify and generate new business in outside sales -building and growing an account base
  • Successful experience selling SAP software implementation services.
  • Responsible for qualifying job requirements from companies in a sales territory
  • Disciplined in calling, prospecting, and meeting  one on one with customers to get to the heart of their goals and technology needs and build staffing relationships
  • Well versed in ATS systems and processes, able to establish a methodology for use and present useful KPI’ s to executives Detailed Growth Goals
  • Build a team of around 10 Sales Associates / AE’ s in year one to establish local area based on supportable forecasts
  • Lead a team of Sales Associates / AE’ s and Recruiters and drive them to their goals
  • Build the sales process and sets commission structures
  • Target expansion to additional regional or national location in year two

  • Skilled at providing market and customer feedback to the Executive team.
  • Skilled at articulating the value proposition.
  • Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers in person and over the phone.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities/effective time management skills.

  • Successful experience selling SAP software implementation services.
  • Successful experience using CRM for accurate reporting, forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated success selling with multiple stakeholders/decision makers.
  • Demonstrated experience driving revenue and results in a smaller company environment.
  • Successful track record driving revenue through net new sales.
  • Demonstrated success selling though channel/software partners as well as directly to customers.
