National Account Executive - Healthcare Staffing - REMOTE
Our client is a national woman-owned boutique healthcare (clinical and non-clinical) staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to fostering meaningful connections between employers and employees. Emphasizing quality over quantity, we prioritize immediate value and efficiency in the talent acquisition process. Specializing in temporary staffing, contingent direct hire, executive retained search, RPO, and custom consulting solutions to enhance our clients' recruitment endeavors.
Role Description
Join us in a full-time remote position as a National Account Executive.
What you need:
- Proven staffing industry experience, with a bonus for an established book of business.
- Essential high volume temporary staffing agency background required, showcasing urgency and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to excel independently and remotely.
- Strong acumen in business development and sales, coupled with adept client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of new platforms.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Capable of analyzing market data and identifying opportunities.
Additional Details
- Remote position with occasional travel as needed.

- Competitive commission structure with a first-year target total compensation exceeding $100K.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year base salary + commission
Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities, Commission pay, Performance bonus
Experience: Temporary Staffing Agency: minimum 2 years (Required), Sales: 1 year (Required), Remote Work: 1 year (Required)
