Are you an experienced Senior Sales Executive who can drive strategic enterprise-wide sales initiative?. Responsibilities focused on selling and closing new business within the Fortune 1000. This is an ideal opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of success who is ready to take that next step as a sales leader. This position requires an executive level " hunter" mentality and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a consultative sales environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drive relationships with new prospects within Enterprise Sales.
  • Close large, complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders within Major Accounts.
  • Educate prospects on the company' s  unique value propositions related to the utilization of Independent Consultants and how organizations can safely engage with this highly skilled workforce.
  • Work with Channel Partners to educate and position the company' s services appropriately.
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles successfully.
  • Qualify and forecast new account activities accurately.

Qualifications:
  • Experience selling to C-Level Executives & VP' s of large organizations in the areas of Workforce Management, Contingent Labor, Contract Workforce, Human Resources or HR/Legal Compliance.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, leadership ability.
  • Proven history as a top performer consistently achieving and exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to quickly initiate and leverage relationships while building credibility among decision makers.
  • Ability to analyze issues and solve problems efficiently and creatively. Proactive and
  • self-motivated towards goal achievement.
  • Excellent, intuitive communicator who excels as a collaborative energetic team player.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and strategic concepts; quick verbal agility and able to simplify abstract models into focused and well-written and/or verbal communications.
  • Bachelor' s degree required.

This is a robust compensation package that can drive income into the low 200' s with a combination of base salary, bonus and commissions.
