Director of Recruiting - Washington, D.C.
As the Director, your focus will be to hire Recruiters, train and mentor. The focus of the role is the achieve and exceed quarterly and annual billing goals, fine-tune the training process, and continue to grow candidate pipeline. From day one, you will lead 3 junior recruiters with plans to hire 2 additional recruiters immediately.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have proven experience in recruiting for professional level, hard-to-find candidates
- Be experts at using Linkedin and other social media tools
- Have experience hiring and training junior level recruiters
- Wish to work in a highly collaborative, fun environment, with the common goal of
- Have a keen understanding of Direct Hire and hunting for passive candidates
This role has a highly competitive compensation plan plus other incentives.
