3+ years of staffing industry sales required

As an Account Executive, you will be an integral part of the sales team in prospecting and converting leads into discovery calls. You will meet with clients to build rapport, understand the customer's needs, and earn trust through open ended conversations.
What you need:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with staffing experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in hitting KPIs, metrics, and sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport in a short period of time with clients on the phone and in person.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience using technology tools such as ATS and CRM system as well as sourcing tools like ZoomInfo, Salesforce and others.
