Job Description
*Hybrid work schedule - Work from home Mondays and Fridays!
What you will do:
- Identify and pursue prospects within named accounts through cold calling and outbound activities.
- Drive strategic direction of accounts in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Work closely with the Delivery team to meet client needs and facilitate candidate placements.
- Manage client-facing activities, presentations, interviews, and offer stages.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Prior sales experience in contract staffing.
- Hunger for success with a competitive edge.
- Ability to thrive in a KPI-driven environment.
- Strong track record of driving results.
- Process-oriented, coachable, and able to execute on processes.
- Resourceful and adept at course-correcting in challenging situations.
- Collaborative team player who excels in an in-person work environment.
This opportunity offers a base salary range of $60 - $115k with an additional commission and benefits package.
