Business Development, New Market - Light Industrial Staffing - Charlotte, NC

Our client, a multi-time winner of  Inavero Best of Staffing, has recently experienced unprecedented growth and is in need of a New Market Business Development Manager with experience in the Staffing and Recruiting industry.

This hands-on role requires someone with staffing agency sales background.   The position is responsible for the day-to-day management process, and delivery of sales for light industrial staffing services in North Carolina.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales operations, delivery and process
  • Manage account development, account management, lead generation and new account onboarding
  • Train and develop new sales hires as the market grows
  • Be an active member of the day to day sales process
  • Educate internal staff and external clients on business offerings
