Account Executive, Staffing
Remote in California, Arizona, Utah or Nevada, Oregon or Washington
Experience working with offshore team
Our client is looking for a motivated and competitive Account Executive to drive growth across new and existing government clients. With a strong West Coast presence and 50+ contracts already in place, this role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships, close business, and help scale a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prospect, build, and close new business opportunities.
- Grow existing accounts to their full potential.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
- Negotiate and build long-term client partnerships.
- Meet and exceed KPIs, revenue goals, and performance targets.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Recruiting.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Results-driven with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
